December Publishing "Bodies of Words"

I was asked to be part of December Publishing's Bodies of Words in 2017, and the book was released at the Association of Writers & Writing Program's annual national conference in March 2019.

Throughout the publication process, I managed submissions, email communications, and a social media presence. I assisted december Magazine's managing editor Jennifer Goldring with designing and formatting the book's layout using Adobe InDesign.

This book was a labor of love for me, but it was well worth it. Not only did I enjoy the book's subject matter, but I loved creating a book from scratch. The whole process was very rewarding, and I look forward to working on future projects like this one. I am very grateful for the opportunity to work with december Magazine on such an incredible project.
